What is Smart contract audit?
A smart contract audit is a systematic review of contract code for security vulnerabilities, logic errors, and gas inefficiencies before the code is deployed and becomes immutable.
Audits combine automated static analysis (pattern matching for known bug classes), manual review, and increasingly AI-assisted analysis that reasons about intent. Because deployed code cannot be patched in place, an audit is the last cheap moment to find a bug.
