What is Deployment?
Deployment is the transaction that publishes a contract's bytecode to the blockchain, creating a new address where the contract lives from then on.
The deploying transaction carries init bytecode and constructor arguments. Its gas cost depends mostly on the size of the runtime code being stored, which is why deployment is the single most expensive transaction most contracts ever see. On Monad the cost is a fraction of Ethereum's.
