What is Finality?
Finality is the point after which a transaction is guaranteed to stay in the chain and cannot be reorganised away; on Monad it arrives about 600 milliseconds after submission.
Ethereum reaches full finality in roughly 13 minutes; most rollups depend on Ethereum for it. Sub-second deterministic finality changes what interactive applications, games, and payments can do.
